JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?
TIEN BARBARA: The most important thing to run logistics company is its extensive knowledge about this industry & reliable attitude.
JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?
TIEN BARBARA: Logistics industry in Vietnam is developing and will develop more and more in future. So SAREX will improve a lot of more to meet client’s requests nowadays.
JCtrans:Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?
TIEN BARBARA: We join worldwide logistics networks. We are growing constantly and have a wide range of services to serve our partners. We also have strong team with good communication skills, language skills and well knowledge on different types of shipments.
JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?
TIEN BARBARA: GCP membership gives us a sense of security, when we work with other GCP members we don’t need to worry on the payments. It also gives us more chances to get new business as overseas partners prefer to work with GCP members for the same reason.
JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?
TIEN BARBARA: Building a relationship takes time. It is like investment in stocks and shares.!! Meeting the client and talking to them often, understanding their requirements, caring for their business as much as we care for ours helps to build a bonding between SAREX and the clients.
