JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company?

Thomas Truong: KGW ATLANTIC Vietnam was established in 2018 contribute to the success of KGW Logistic Malaysia. We aim to help customers solutions for exporting the cargoes to USA. Contract rates from MSC, CMA, ONE, Cosco, OOCL, EMC and cooperate rate from CX, BR, KE, AS, AA help us confident to promise customers, agent with best freight rate for both sea and air. Our team work hard to update the situation of shipment during the transit, keep all parties be aware of their shipments.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?

Thomas Truong: KGW ATLANTIC focus on US trade lane, therefore, we can give out solution for any requirement for import and export between Vietnam and US, especially the foodstuff.

JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?

Thomas Truong: KGW ATLANTIC provides total logistics service to customer basing on the satisfy of the customer, we have to understand the need of the customer and match that we our ability.    

JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?

Thomas Truong: Logistic industry in Vietnam is a booming field. So many chances but also many risks. We have not a clear and separate a law for the logistics, but it is OK to work with some related law (transportation law). Logistic industry is a very active, flexible in Vietnam.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?

Thomas Truong: We commit to provide a good domestic service, with facility and capacity for logistics operation, to the foreign partner and customer.

JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?

Thomas Truong: JC Trans can give us a wide cooperated agent list. Become a GCP member proving that we have a will to cooperate sincerely, reliability.

JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?

Thomas Truong: Always put the benefit of the customer on top, share all the care of the customer and update ourselves in new situation.
