JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company?

Mr. Sergei Tararin: Our company is private family busyness. I was Branch manager of local office of Maersk Logistics for 3 years from 2005 to 2008, Branch manager of DHL Global Forwarding from 2008 till 2013, Regional manager of STS Logistics from 2013 till 2015 and Ocean Freight manager at Kuhne&Nagel from 2015 till 2016 and found my own company Neco Line on 2017. There were a lot of big projects over these years and you can be sure that our team can handle any task of any difficulty.
JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?

Mr. Sergei Tararin: We are local forwarding company and specialized in Freight forwarding, OOG and Project cargo handling, customs clearance, and cross-dock operations on South of Russia.
Our main partners are from Mediterranean and Black Sea (Turkey, Egypt), Gulf (UAE, SA), and SEA (China, Vietnam), we work with USA as well

JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?

Mr. Sergei Tararin: I guess that most important things is Competence and Service. You have to know how and what you are doing. And you have to be clear and flexible for customer.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?

Mr. Sergei Tararin: It is quite difficult situation. COVID make sense to everybody. If talking about present moment, there are strong shortage of equipment both for export from Russia and for import from China plus extreme ocean rates rally. It is exceedingly difficult challenge for all market.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?

Mr. Sergei Tararin: Our strategy based on searching of reliable partners over the world. JC Trans make it more convenient for us.

JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?

Mr. Sergei Tararin: There were several reasons: easy access to the huge base of foreign agents, financial protection and excellent service of network.

JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?

Mr. Sergei Tararin: Our strategy based on Competence and Service. So, it is easy for our customers to work with us. We give solution and keep service on high level. It became trust between customer and forwarder in time.
