    JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company?

    Jitendra Trigunayat: Blue Wing Global is a family-owned logistics company dedicated to providing customers with end-to-end freight solutions. Our team of expert logistics professionals are the best at handling Pharmaceuticals, Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy and Power, Construction and Mining Industries, Cement plants and Infrastructure, producing and some more shipments across the globe.

    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?

    Jitendra Trigunayat: Blue Wing Global was created to fulfil customer expectations through continuous efforts and hard work. With an efficient and qualified team, Blue Wing is built to serve customers with consistent commitment.

    JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?

    Jitendra Trigunayat: There is more than one thing that needs to be in place to run a logistics company. Some of these factors include understanding the important aspect of costing, brokerage, and a keen sense of detail. Apart from this, a good understanding of the logistic industry does make a huge difference in running the company. However, it can only be developed with experience.

    JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?

    Jitendra Trigunayat: The logistic industry in India has been ranked higher in the last few years. However, the industry at present seems to be moving slowly with cargos being bumped off as COVID-19 vaccines have now begun to get transported across countries. Freight communities across the world are hoping that this concern is addressed before the situation worsens further.

    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?

    Jitendra Trigunayat: We aim to reach out to every forwarder globally by promoting our products and services to them. To achieve this, we promote the USP of our services, competitive rates against others in the market and the ways in which we can add value to the lives of the customer.

    JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?

    Jitendra Trigunayat: Every logistic and supply chain owner wants to become a GCP member. GCP has a reputation that signifies credibility and reliance. Most company owners want to be a part of the same as it is a reputable organization to be associated with.

    JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?

    Jitendra Trigunayat: A long-term relationship with your client is built and then maintained, through consistent efforts that bring inconsistent results. This evokes faith in the minds of the customer, transforming into loyalty for the company.
