Arkas, which began operations in 1944 with maritime transportation and agency services, is today a large group of companies providing integrated services in the transportation sector using its own capabilities.
Transportation has always been Arkas' main field of activity and remains so today. The Holding's companies provide customers with a complete range of solutions in every sphere of transportation from international maritime, land and air transportation to
ship-owning, preliminary and final shipment, storage in bonded and non-bonded warehouses, port management, container depots and repair facilities outside ports, complete vehicle and groupage shipments and logistical services.
