Hans Leo: Interfreight Linc Logistics Pte Ltd (IFL) is established in 2002 as a general freight forwarding company to provide total logistics services encompassing export, import, cross trade and trans-loading by air, land and ocean mode. With our offices in Singapore, China, & Indonesia, partners alliances around the world, we provide logistics services to businesses of all sizes for them to reach out to international market.

JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?
Hans Leo: A passionate & knowledgeable team with the heart to serve clients in a timely manner. We strongly emphasize customer care as the fundamental element of operational excellence culture.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?
Hans Leo: Like most other countries, there is currently a higher demand for both space and equipment but there is a shortage in supply. Port is a little congested too so there is a longer turnover time than
pre-covid.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?
Hans Leo: Attending conferences to build rapport with new and current counterparts & working closely with counterparts to ensure high service levels on both sides.

JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?
