Dewi Setyaningrum: PT. Mega Total Transport is a logistics company, especially in the field of freight forwarders. 
PT. Mega Total Transportation was founded in 2012 and continues to grow and become one of the companies in the logistics sector in Indonesia.
PT. Mega Total Transportation which is supported by professional staff of more than 50 people and has branches in major cities in Indonesia and is also supported by good infrastructure so that currently PT Mega Total Transportation is one of the logistics companies that has import consolidators of more than 80-90 containers per month from various countries (All China Main Port, Europe and USA)

Dewi Setyaningrum: As a company that has been around for a long time and is trusted by several large companies in Indonesia, we have many advantages that are seen by our clients.
With a fairly complete service and especially as a consolidator who has regular service and is also supported by professional staff, so our core competitiveness is complete product , excellent service, speed ,competitive prices and many other things that are needed by the customer we can provide

JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?

Dewi Setyaningrum: We consider that many things are needed in running a logistics company. with a client who supports business, money, a good network so we though that the most important thing is good service that results in client satisfaction

JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?

Dewi Setyaningrum: The covid 19 also affects our country but we strongly believe that the logistics situation in our country will continue to grow and develop as our country's economy are also improves and have trend positive
The government is also increasingly looking to improve various things to support the logistics, both from infrastructure improvements and also regulations that make it easier for business actors in the logistics and export and import fields.
by looking at one of our country's import data in 2021 according to data from BPS (central statistics agency)
The value of Indonesia's imports in December 2021 reached US$21.36 billion, up 10.51 percent compared to November 2021 or up 47.93 percent compared to December 2020. Oil and gas imports in December 2021 were worth US$3.38 billion, up 11.66 percent compared to November 2021 or up 127.95 percent compared to December 2020

Dewi Setyaningrum: our strategy to explore foreign markets is to increase advertisements about our company image and also by improving a better and more trusted network so that the quality of our service and capacity can be trusted in an international level

JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?

Dewi Setyaningrum: As we said above that we need to expand our network to better support our business so that what our clients need we can provide properly. That's why we are pleased to join as a member of the GCP
